石垣牛は、沖縄サミット首脳会議の晩餐会でメインディッシュとして各国の首相や大統領をもてなし、高い評価をいただいた黒毛和牛です。石垣牛肉是日本黑毛牛肉的一種，在沖繩首腦會議招待各國總理和總統的晚宴上作為主菜受到高度評價。Ishigaki beef is a type of Japanese black beef that was highly praised when it was served as the main dish at the Okinawa Summit dinner party to the prime ministers and presidents of various countries.
元祖石垣牛カツでは、特に希少価値の高いシャトーブリアン、サーロインを使用し、レア牛カツとしてお召し上がりいただけます。正宗的石垣牛排採用特別稀少的夏多布里昂牛排和西冷牛排製成，可以作為稀少的牛排享用。The original Ishigaki beef cutlet uses the especially rare Chateaubriand and sirloin cuts, and is served as a rare beef cutlet. -
